Shipping within the United States
We like to keep things simple. Our shipping policy is broken down into 3 segments
1.U.S. First Class Mail is $4.95 for purchases between $3.00 to $74.00
2. Priority Mail is $9.50 for purchases between $3.00 to $75.00
3. Priority Mail is $15.00 for purchases of $76 and more
Looking for a certain item for your pet and can't find it ? We will try our best to locate it and place a special order for no additional charge, just call or e-mail us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are normally shipped within 3-7 business days from receipt of payment. During peak Holiday seasons, or for custom made items, the shipment time may be increased an additional 3-5 business days, even though we will strive to ship your products sooner.
Does 100% Angel sell wholesale?
On select ID tags and charms, we will sell in bulk to non-profits and rescue groups. Please email us at email@example.com for pricing and shipping costs.
In the event that your order does not arrive within the appropriate delivery time frame, please contact us. You must notify us within 30 days of the approximate delivery date so that we may begin an inquiry. We will not be held responsible for failed deliveries by the USPS. If your package has been confirmed delivered by the post office and you did not receive it, you will need to file a claim directly with them. We are unable to do that on your behalf.
Non-Deliverable, Refused & Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges along with a 10% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages, will incur an additional re-shipping charge
Special Orders consist of those items that are permanently personalized in any way, including but not limited to items that are, monogrammed, engraved (i.d. tags), custom sized, altered and those that are not a standard stock item. We urge you to read the description of each item as Special Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not reimburse shipping charges.

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase so please contact us if you are not satisfied. You must contact 100% Angel for a return authorization number prior to mailing us back your item for an exchange or refund. You have 10 days from receipt of your item to contact us to return or exchange an item. Buyer to pay for return shipping of the unused and non-damaged item. We do not reimburse shipping charges. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your pet to the merchandise. Please note personalized items, unless received damaged or with the incorrect engraving are not refundable.
