How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are normally shipped within 3-7 business days from receipt of payment. During peak Holiday seasons, or for custom made items, the shipment time may be increased an additional 3-5 business days, even though we will strive to ship your products sooner.
United States Shipping Fees
1. U.S. First Class Mail is $4.95 for purchases between $3.00 to $74.00
2. Priority Mail is $9.50 for purchases between $3.00 to $75.00
3. Priority Mail is $15 for purchase of $76 and up
Return Policy
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase so please contact us if you are not satisfied. You must contact 100% Angel for a return authorization number prior to mailing us back your item for an exchange or refund. You have 10 days from receipt of your item to contact us to return or exchange an item. Buyer to pay for return shipping of the unused and non-damaged item. We do not reimburse shipping charges. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your pet to the merchandise. Please note personalized items, unless received damaged or with the incorrect engraving are not refundable. Exchanges
For exchanges outside of the United States, buyer to pay shipping fee for the exchanged item at current 100% Angel International Shipping Rates.
Engraving
Should you submit letters over the engraving limit per line as noted on each product listing, 100% Angel has the authority and will process your personalized order minus the added letters that will not fit on the tag. We apologize but over the years have found that numerous customers do not respond via email or phone when we contact them for revisions. This would leave us with numerous orders unable to be fulfilled. Thank you for your understanding.
